Now, I don't have a special beverage to open pop the top, but I am neither am I I mean, I will neither confirm or deny whether or not there is copious amounts of whiskey within my coffee.

That's really good coffee and has nothing to do with whether or not there may or may not be whiskey in this cup O mine. But let's get on to it. Let's move on to that crazy cr bill that was fifteen hundred plus pages that was just suddenly put upon everyone's desk in an effort to make sure that it was voted on in past so that people can go home and spend the holidays with the family. You see, this is a crazy, crazy tactic that Congress has continuously used throughout time because they know nobody wants to sit there and read through fifteen hundred plus pages of bullshit, and they know that they're able to sneak in all this little nefarious crap because what they do is they pull on your heartstrings and go, well, look we have funding for cancer research for kids, and how these cancer medications affect young children. Oh, and look, we also have all this aid that we want to give to people who are in need of it because they've gone through a crazy, tragic disaster such as Hurricane Helene. Oh and look we care about veterans.

4:25 Here's another few hundred couple million, which by the way, should always be way more than that for a veterans. But regardless, here we got this too. Oh don't worry about the other shit that's in this bill though, And if you don't pass it, that means you don't care about kids and veterans and families in need that have been displaced due to a natural disaster. You're an evil person. Well not so fast there, you see. You can't you can't make that statement and justify your argument based on the evil that was in your own heart. And the reality is this a lot of people probably know by now that within this bill was also about a forty percent increase in salary for the congress people who didn't even take enough time to even read through this fifteen hundred page bill in the first place. You know, the same people that barely go to work the same people that hardly ever look out for you, the person who voted them into office to quite literally represent you. They couldn't be bothered with any of that. But as I said, we were delivered a gift. We were delivered a gift.

5:37 Upon this Christmas Eve, the bill was struck, voted new. Those fifteen hundred pages were then reduced and re presented to Congress, and it was voted down again. Why because there was still over five trillion dollars in spending that they were trying to pass through into twenty twenty five. And the CR in the bill stands for continuous resolution or continuing resolution. So a lot of stuff in this bill was proposed previously and really should end, but they want to extend the spending and allotment of funds, which surprisingly most people haven't read. By the way, there are also proposals for new spending and creation of new departments and committees and whatnot, but most of it is continuing resolution. Now, what I find funny is that they did try to rewrite some of this. There's a lot, a lot, I'm going to say a lot that is tied to maintenance and infrastructure specifically, though of federal buildings and federal projects.

6:53 But within the wording there is also much there to be desired, because I'll bring the SBA up for example, now that this isn't part of the infrastructure allotment, but there's continuing funds to be used for those who need loans in the case of disaster relief or whatever else may fall under the SB seven B. I believe it's seven B, not a but B. But regardless, there is also a statement in this says that those funds, those funds can also, if need be, which you know they always find a need, can be used to pay salaries due to the increased needs to process these applications. There's a lot of little things like that that were in this bill. There was also more money for Ukraine, which I can't verify because I personally will tell you right now, I did dig through this. I spent yesterday and quite a few hours in the morning going through this. But there there's some funding for Ukraine to the tune of over forty billion from what I've been told by other reporters and news outlets. But I did not verify that myself.

8:14 So if that turns out not to be so, then you can't hold that against me. Oh okay, well maybe you can. I shouldn't just regurgitate what I hear. But many people have confirmed and have said that that is exactly what is in the bill. Other things of note were large amounts of money appropriated to move a football stadium to DC. There was immunity for the J six Committee. There was misappropriations, I'll say, or well, the ability, the ability to redirect funds that are used for social security. There were revisions to the Pandemic Preparedness and Response that will allow for further MASKS mandates, vaccine passports, more funding of biolabs. By the way, under the guise of vaccine research, big air quotes, there are people vaccine research. And here's another one. Now not as big of an amount, it's only three million dollars, but three million dollars allotted to molasses inspection. That's right. Molasses. Yeah, that that stuff that's kind of like honey, but it's not. It's different sugary substance, syrupy thick molasses. Yes, molasses inspection, three million dollars. There was also a lot of money that is allotted to the Bureau of Land Management, A lot of money to agriculture,

9:46 but the way things were worded were almost as if it was a blank check. It was very loosely defined as to how this money would be awarded and justified for its use and who would qualify and get that much. Oh oh, and here's one of my favorites that I found that I found. So there's going to be a committee that was proposed in this original bill, put together and funded literally the United States. Yes, US, the United States of America would have a department dedicated to literally looking out for foreign entities and other nations who boycott Israel. Yeah, that's a head scratcher. The United States was going to literally dedicate resources and money to look out for good old Israel, one of our allies. We were going to go ahead and police everybody else in the world and make them fall in line for boycotting Israel, putting our resources behind a foreign nation to make sure that they feel good and people do not treat them badly. Now, of course, everybody is screaming at each other. My team very so your team Democrats, like all the Republicans, they don't care. They're just trying to pass tax cuts and

11:16 make sure that there's more spending that will help Donald Trump and of course reposed going hold on, hold on, you're trying to pass more funding for gender studies and supporting biolab technologies that could be used in a nefarious way in a pandemic response. And you're also trying to change the language of someone who breaks the law to a what were they called a justice involved individual. Oh and there was also also not having to be beholden to a subpoena. If you're in Congress, you can also turn down obamaca and choose not to partake, but also at the same time enhance your own healthcare. Well, the millions and millions of Americans who are in need don't have a choice. So I mean, is that what the Democrats are talking about? Screaming at the Republicans for and then and then the Republicans, I mean, they're not perfect.

Was never going to pass. They were hoping it would. There are definitely people who thought nobody would read it, and guess who they are mad at Elon Musk. Everyone blames Elon Musk, the second president, as they say, or the shadow president that nobody elected. That's funny, but really, pull your head out your ass, that's not what's going on here. All Elon must did was bring it to everyone's attention because the media wasn't going to dig into it. In fact, they didn't say a word about it until they couldn't suppress the voices of the American people on x which has become the biggest megaphone that the American people can use to voice their opinion. And once once the word got out, I mean, it was as simple as Elon must have shown a picture of how large the bill looked on a desk with fifteen hundred pages pretty much stacked, and that got people's attention, and then people started looking into say, well, hold, hold on, what's in this bill fifteen hundred something plus pages?

Why are we spending three billion dollars to move a football stadium, Why are we funding biolabs research, Why are we giving the government more control in a pandemic situation. Uh hold on, people started raising their hand and saying no. And then on X what they did is they directly contacted their representatives and voice their opinions, and they were like, hold the fuck on, you're not you're not getting away with this. You're not getting away with this, and please explain why you would think this is okay. You know what that did. It forced Congress people to actually do their fucking job, thumb through the pages and realize, oh, yeah, you're right, we can't pass this. We just can't. But of course, of course the Democrats are going to go ahead and they're going to start rebutton everything to virtual signal to their to their constituents and and say, look, we try to pass a bipartisan bill. But the Republicans didn't want to play nice. They did everything they can to make sure that that kids with cancer were hurting, and that people who are in need of Medicaid didn't get get their funding and and and their prescriptions, and veterans were just pissed on. And people who were who were just this place in a disaster, they can go fuck themselves. Really, I mean, that's exactly how it came out. And it's some bullshit there, because everything in this bill, everything in this bill can can definitely be separated and considered separately,

15:16 and you can even group items. There was a lot in here on health that could literally be its own bill. They could literally take all those sections related to health and welfare and make that its own bill. Anything that has to do with foreign aid its own bill. Anything that has to be related to you know, military, its own bill. Anything that has to do with the administrative expenditures its own bill. There's no reason to take everything that you can under the sun because you didn't do your due diligence to look out for the American people and where our damn taxpayer dollars are going and throw it in under one giant omnibus packet ladled with copious amounts of gravy and molasses and just think no one would pay attention. Look, those days are over. The American people's spoken ever since you got to give Elon Musk credit for this he lost money by an x, but ever since he did so, the people's voices have been heard.

But they are being held accountable and they're realizing they can't keep getting away with this bullshit. There are some good politicians, though, I'm going to point to a few now, Thomas Massey. Thomas Massey predicted this mess back in September. He knew this was coming. In fact, I got a video of Thomas Massey telling everybody exactly how it was going to go down. I also predicted this would fall right before Christmas, and I believe this does.

There are no ais or robots in Congress. And when you get to December twentieth, you're five days from Christmas, You're four days from Christmas Eve, and you desperately want to be there with your family. So this is when the. Leadership here has the maximum influence. And again I'm talking to the Democrats and the Republicans, because you've seen it on the Democrats side of the aisle. They love to pick the. Week before Christmas for this showdown because you can smell the jet fuel fumes over at DCA. It smells like Christmas that you're going to get to go home and open presence. I've been in HC five when literally the Speaker of the House, not the speaker we have now, walks in and says, if you vote for this, you can go home and unwrap presents with your kids. And if you don't vote for this, you're going to spend Christmas here with Nancy Pelosi. And then the chant starts.

18:14 Vote vote, vote, vote. Literally, people get enthusiastic to vote for something that they haven't read. So let me predict what we're not going to do on December twentieth before I take a guess at what we're going to do. What we're not going to do. We're not going to do twelve separate bills. We are not going to spend this time. We've got a few months between now and December twentieth. We could go back to working on appropriations bills. We are not going to do. This this sucker. Whatever happens on December twentieth, whether it's another cr to punt to kick the can down the road for three more months, or whether it's an omnibus that funds all of government with one bill. It's going to be written behind closed doors, and every lobbyist in this time is going to try to attach their little thing to this bill.

19:05 This train is leaving the station on December twentieth. It's the only one that we know is going to pass. They call it up here, must pass legislation. So everybody's going to try and get their little thing on this bill, whatever it is on December twentieth, whether it's another continuing resolution or another omnibus. It's so it's not even really a prediction that I'm making. I'm just telling you what has happened for twelve years, regardless of whether Democrats are in charge or Republicans are in charge. There may be a little twist. We may do half of a CR, or it'll be a whole CR, and half of it'll end in February and half of it'll end in April, and they'll convince you that got something more clever this year than they had last year.

19:50 But it's going to be the same. Old thing, warmed over written behind closed doors, rolled out here. We're not going to have time to read this thing. That's also predictable, and we're going to be told vote for this, and you can go home and open presence with your kids. Don't vote for it, and you're going to be stuck here. And Thomas Massey is exactly right. He's exactly right. That's what is going on right now. That's exactly what happened. The bill was revised because he got shot down and it became a one hundred and fifty page CR bill. And guess what happened with that one. It got shot down because they found out it was still full of frivolous spending. Nothing was revised to the benefit of the American people. Now there's this whole Democrat versus Republican stance on this, but it really has nothing to do in my eyes, about whether or not you're a Republican or a Democrat. I think that some people in Congress literally still believe in America regards of what side they're on.

20:49 And they looked at this and said this isn't right. And Thomas Massey is again correct. They always do this. They slapped his giant slab of work on the table, and they don't have time to even assess what it is. They don't even have time to go through this thing and realize what's really in it. They're just hoping that due to the pressures of getting their Christmas vacation, their Christmas break, that they're just going to blindly sign this thing and push it through. Here's another congress person, Chip Roy, Republican from Texas, tears other Republicans a new asshole, as they say, and this guy gets it. He cares, he cares about what's going on. And listen, I'm playing this video right now, and I think I'm very positive as a listener of this show, you're going to really appreciate what he has to say.

21:46 I was just texting with my son back home in Austin, who I haven't seen it in quite a long time because I'm here trying to fight for him. When I got through cancer about twelve years ago, I made my promise to my kids that I would do and everything I can to save this country. And what we're doing right now is to continue to double down on the things that are destroying the Republic. We are going to increase the debt ceiling. Not just four trillion. That's false. We have spent four point seven trillion dollars in additional debt in the last nineteen months. We're going to increase the debt by five trillion dollars. That's what's going to happen right here by Republicans increasing the debt five trillion dollars.

Because you never have any ouse of self respect to go out and campaign saying you're going to balance the budget and then you come in here and pass one hundred and ten billion dollars unpaid for on top of the two hundred billion dollars you did for web. Congratulations, you've added to the debt since you were given them already again on November fifth. It's embarrassing, it's shameful. Yes, I think this bill is better than it was yesterday on certain respects, but to take this bill, to take this bill yesterday and congratulate yourself because it's shorter in pages but increases the debt by five trillion dollars is as a nine and not say precisely what Republicans are doing there.

Just because you reduce the amount of pages and that fifteen hundred page bundle of pork and reduce it to around one hundred and fifty pages doesn't make it better. You didn't reduce any of the spending. And I'm gonna address something here. We see, listen, we need more Chip Roy's, we need more Thomas Massey's. Definitely. These are people that, regardless of whether or not they're Republican or a Democrat, get it. And they're speaking the truth here. But let me address the debts because this comes up a lot, and the US government is somehow able to get away with this, but there's no way you in hell could ever ever ever do what they do. And let me explain what's happening here. They are literally moving the goalpost, as they say, and if you don't understand what that means, it's as if you're getting closer, you're getting closer to that to that line, to where it's achievable or to where you're going to be crossing it, and you're and you're literally just striking that saying no, no, no, no, hold on, hold on, hold on. I don't believe this is where it's at. I think I think we should just move it out there further, and they do so without taking responsibility for their actions and where they're at currently. You see the US literally at this point outspends their debt is is outpacing their income. Okay, and any business by now would be out of business. But let me explain

Here, do a little little acting, a little pretend. Let's use the old imagination. You are one hundred thousand dollars in debt, specifically credit card debt with high interest rates, as they always are, and you decide that because you make I don't know, let's say make one hundred thousand a year. But you're in one hundred thousand dollars in debt, and the interest on that debt is adding to your debt ratio and your your spend to income ratio is just all out of whack. No, not that makes sense, but here you are. Here, you are. You want to buy a house, a five hundred thousand dollar house, maybe seven hundred thousand dollar house, whatever the price is you are in the meeting, they're going over your finances and you're sitting across from the lender. That lender is looking that looking at all this debt and he's saying, I don't know, you got one hundred thousand dollars in credit card debt. You only make one hundred thousand year. Technically, if you took everything you made, you could absolutely pay the soot. But we know there's always other expenses in life that you have to pay for. So right away we know that's not gonna happen. And they're and they're looking at us and they're telling you, I just don't see it. Your your your your debt to income ratio is too high. We can't approve this loan. And this

26:27 is the government now, so this is you. So this is what happens. You reach out, you grab that report, you look at it and it's a graph. You know, you're looking at the graph and the table and you're like, yeah, yeah, okay, so so according to this this line here, my my debt to income ratio is no good. So you're not gonna give them this loan And they go, yeah, yeah, you know, we just can't approve it. I'm sorry, and you grab a pin off the table right in front of them, right in front of this person, and you take it to this paper and you and you go all the way to the top of the page and you draw on another line and you just write debt ceiling.

27:08 And then you look at the lender in the eye and you say, well, according to my summation here, my analysis looks like my debt to income ratio is good. Like I'm not even near the threshold in which you would deny me alone. Now, that is what the government does, and that's exactly what they've always done when they talk about debt ceiling. It makes zero sense, right, it doesn't make sense to me. And even you play and pretend, can't play pretend enough to buy into the fact that moving the debt ceiling makes no sense. You're still spending. And then when they move that debt ceiling up, they just spend more until they hit that limit, and then they move it up again. They have no control. They are going out of their way to abuse your hard earned money, the tax dollars that they take out of your check. They just spend so willy nilly, as he say, and on anything they want. That they think work, including proposing a fucking raise for them for themselves. Make it make sense. Tell me how it is that this is Elon Musk's fault for what bringing this? Bringing this to the attention of the American people through the APPI owns they call X. Are you upset that the American people took notice and literally called you out on your shit?

I mean, you had to grease this damn thing up really good to get it to slide in there and get through that opening and push it out the door to next year. Now here's another congressperson who let the cat out of the bag and didn't vote for the second version. And of course, let me make something very clear to everybody. But before I do that, it makes something very clear about Donald Trump. And this is no way a dig at anybody who supports him or who is a hardcore MAGA person. I voted for Trump, Okay, I have my reasons. I think I think he is the answer we needed at the time. And I don't

They're both billionaires. Elon Musk is the richest man in the world. But Trump isn't stupid. He didn't get where he is or got elected president because he is easily taken advantage of. He's going to keep Elon close and he's going to value his opinion as a business person because Elon's not successful because he's an idiot either. He's one of the smartest people on the planet.

He doesn't make the decisions and the choices for Trump. Trump still is his own man, and as smart as Elon is, even Elon realizes this. So let's get off the whole anti Elon train. He's smarter than you and me, period, But don't discount Trump either. He's no dummy either. We've known since November fifth that Donald Trump is going to be the forty seventh president of the United States, and so we've had time to figure this out. We're doing what Washington always does, which is leave it to the last minute, scare the American people with a government shutdown, which really isn't a government shutdown, but there are lots of guardbrails in place. If there isn't. Even Newt Ginbridge said today, we shouldn't be afraid of one. I voted against the bill tonight. It was one of thirty eight Republicans that did so. Because the CR tonight spent the same exact amount of money today as it did in the one yesterday.

The thousand plus pages that were deleted, it's not the number of pages that matters, it's what's actually in those pages. So the thousand plus pages that were removed really had to do with authorizations and not appropriations or spending outlays. The actual CR in the bill yesterday and today is only about nine pages. We all agree that we need aid for hurricane victims. But my proposal is if that we were to do this as a very short term CR until President Trump is elected, get us through till January twentieth. I don't want to continue Joe Biden levels of spending months into Trump's presidency. Or let's do single subject bills. Let's vote on the foreign A, let's vote on farm and agriculture, let's vote on spending in the CR.

It's like groundhog Day, and it shouldn't be, and it shouldn't be. There was plenty of time for everyone to go to work, look at this proposed bill and really dissect it and put something together that made sense. You see, if you're an elected official working in Congress, if you're a congress person, senator, whatever, you are, House, whatever, just Congress, there was no excuse for you not to do your job, especially when it comes to the spending of our money.

I mean, of course, there's various other duties and responsibilities that involve the safety and security of the United States, but spending our taxpayer dollars uncontrollably to a point where honestly, the United States should be in default by now. And furthermore, what we spend the money on is even more important to me, because I don't want to keep sending aid to two hundred countries. I don't want to create another organization that just specifically looks out for whether or not someone's boycotting Israel. Like, let's get our shit together here. But listen, let's stay jolly and happy, because this is a Christmas present, this is our pre Christmas present.
