On today's show, I will be discussing the Democratic Party and their donors being in full disarray, and they also seem to be in complete disagreement on the direction the party is to take during this presidential race. Now, the one thing that some of them can agree with, some of

2:13 them seem to agree with the fact that it's time to move on from Joe Biden. What has led to this, Well, we can all recall, I'm sure just about everybody saw the debate between Biden and Trump. Biden's performance, I would say, is evidently being nice about it, extremely lackluster. It was extremely lackluster. He was looking off, staring into space, like I don't want to rehash everything I already did a breakdown on the debate, many other people have, but it was very clear that he lacked the mental faculty to be able to keep up with Donald Trump, and it made him and the Democratic Party just look bad. And because this was such a public event where you had two opposing top tier candidates, the presidential nominees for the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, going head to head, toe to toe on public television for the world to see.

3:13 Now everybody can say that while Joe Biden may be in trouble, he may have may have I'm saying, may have mental issues or mental impairments. So there has been real talks of replacing Joe Biden. Now, I know you're listening to the show and you're saying, well, George, you're just a right wing conservative. Let me correct you on that. I'm not a right wing conservative. I may be conservative, but I'm definitely not far right. And I'm sure that that's an easy thing for any Democrat out there who's listening to the show to say. They can all say that while you're just you know, support of the Republican Party, and you'll say anything to make the Democratic Party look bad.

3:56 All right, fair enough? The problem is, I'm not the one saying it, and most Republicans are absolutely not saying it. In fact, the Republican Party themselves, they were smart, wasn't even address trying to replace Joe because this just makes it so easy for Trump to win the election. So who are saying this? Well, to be quite honest, senators and House representatives of the Democratic Party themselves, donors themselves are stating that they will no longer support the Democratic Party if Joe Biden remains the presidential nominee. Still don't believe me, I know it's hard. Well, let me play this clip from a CBS news affiliate. Why don't you listen to this and then tell me what you think.

4:46 According to a Washington Post article released late Friday, Virginia Senator Mark Warner is trying to organize a group of Democratic senators to go to the White House on Monday and ask President Biden to drop out of the race, blaming his performance at the bait. Warner's office would not confirm, but if true, he wouldn't be the first to express concerns. I think people want to make sure that this is a campaign that's ready to go and win, that the president and his team are being candid with us about his condition, that this was a real. Anomaly, that was Democratic Senator Sheldon Whitehouse from Rhode Island on Monday. Democratic donors also weighing it. I think if Biden stays in the race, I think it's likely that he loses, perhaps by a wide margin, and he takes down Democrats down the ticket.

5:31 Okay, so after hearing that clip, I'm sure you may be saying, you know, that was just a few people, that that's just a few dissenters, so to speak, that are not necessarily aligned with the Democratic Party. Well, here's another clip from ABC News where Democratic Representative Quigley has something else to say. I think you'll see more members talk as I have about the concern here. I'll tell you, though, the thing that frightened me the present, and it said today was as long as he gave it the best. That's what Matt. That's all that matters. No, all that matters is being Donald Trump, And it's not about that team effort or that spirit. The whole reason I'm talking about this is the specter of a second term for President Trump and what that means. President Biden is absolutely right to and justify to talk about an historic record of what he brought us from the edge of autocracy, what he's done on climate change, what he's done about issues of choice, and so many other things.

6:38 It's a proud record. But if he continues in this vein, I don't think he wins. And I'm very concerned of the impact that we'll have on down ballot races. And as you know, the House and Senator decided by a handful of votes and seats, and those are a handful of votes, so of course top of the ticket is going to be absolutely critical. So interesting another Democrat calling for Biden to step down because if he remains in the race, he will lose and Trump will win. And according to Quiley, the only thing that matters is beating Trump, and there's no confidence that if Biden remains in the presidential race at the Democratic Party will be able to do so. That Biden literally doesn't stand a chance. So if you're still listening to me and you're a Democrat, I'm sure you're saying that's still not enough. Fair point, Sure may not be enough.

7:38 Maybe you need to look some of this up on your own. But let me play yet another clip. This one from the Hill, and here's. Freshman Congresswoman Marie glosen count Perez. That's the. Truth I think is that Biden is going to lose to Trump. I know that's difficult, but I think the damage has been done by that debate and. It gets worse. Democratic Congressman Jared Golden similarly wrote an op ed for the Banger Daily News titled quote, Donald Trump is going to win the election and democracy will be just fine, even for former President Barack Obama. He's now privately expressing to allies. Quote. Biden's already tough path to reelection grew more challenging after his shaky debate performance on Thursday. That's according to new reporting from the Washington Post. The Post also reported that Senator Joe Manchin had planned to break with Biden on Sunday, but was dissuaded from doing that by senior Democrats and take a listen to what CNN is now reporting.

8:38 But other party leaders we talked to are already floating the idea of opening it up to all contenders, having let's call it a five week speed dating primary, maybe having debates between now and the convention, and then leaving it up to the convention. Their number one concern who can beat Donald Trump Anderson. So, as we said, the dam is breaking. Democrats, including prominent Democrat Julene Castro, now saying that he should step aside. I think we're expecting to see more of that in the coming days. We're going into this kind of holiday ish weekend stretch where I know a lot of people in the political media world are at this point expecting him to drop out.

9:26 So how much more do you need there? How much more do you need there? Everywhere you look, the Democratic Party is fighting themselves. Some side with Biden, some say we must support him at all costs. The others, who are now seeing things with their eyes wide open, are realizing Biden was never the answer. Biden was never the person to represent the Democratic Party or to be quite blunt, be the president of the United States. You see, the whole time he's been in office, the world is just now noticing how bad he is because he was next to another presidential candidate that was more poised, more polished, smarter, and had more composure than Joe Biden, and I am talking about Donald Trump.

10:22 Now. It didn't even have to be Donald Trump. It could have been any other leading Republican nominee, and they still would have made Biden look bad just by being themselves. Because Biden is done. It's not an ageis thing. He's just done. He doesn't possess the mental faculty to move the Democratic Party forward. So that being said, what about the donors. You see, it's not just the Democratic Party representatives that are calling for Biden to step down. It is also the Democratic Party donors. We're talking about big donors.

11:02 We're talking about donors such as Abigail Disney, the Disney Empire heiress, and also Christy Walton, the Walmart heiress. Let's play this clip here from CNBC about this situation. Netflix co founder Reid Hastings was one of the first to come out and say Biden needs to resign. Abigail Disney joined in yesterday. The screenwriter Damon Linloff is calling for a dem bargo, no checks for any Democrats until Biden is gone, and Whitney Tilson is warning that Biden will lose to Trump possibly, he says in a landside. I also want to add that just before I came out here, the New York Times is reporting that a coalition of one hundred and sixty eight business leaders, including Christy Walton the Walmart Air are calling on Biden to step aside as well. So it's just drip, drip, drip, and we're seeing this grow.

11:50 Forbes also reported Walmart heiress Christy Walton and crypto investor Michael Novograts headlined a high profile group calling on President Joe Biden to a and his reelection bid in a letter to the White House. Multiple outlets reported as billionaires previously solidly in Biden's camp joined the growing chorus of the eighty one year old Biden to step aside in November's presidential election. Walton, the tenth richest woman in the US according to Forbes calculations, was among the one hundred and sixty eight prominent figures who signed the letter calling for Joe Biden to pass the torch of leadership to the next generation of Democratic leaders by ending your re election bid. The note, organized via the Leadership Now Project group, was delivered to senior White House officials by an anonymous source.

12:41 Also in this article, it says other signatories of the letter to Biden include at least one other billionaire, Novograts, CEO of the five billion dollar cryptocurrency firm Galaxy Digital, along with former NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabau and Scott Galloway, the New York University professor and host of the popular Professor g pod podcast. Now those are some pretty heavy hitters. These are people with real influence and real money that are publicly stating that they will no longer support the Democratic Party if President Joe Biden remains the current presidential nominee. Now, I'm not sure what's going to happen next, but there have been more talks about, well, if this happens, who will replace Joe Biden? Who will replace Joe Biden. Everyone says the logical person should be Harris, because well, she is the current sitting vice president. The only problem with that is Harris's approval rating is barely barely even, and some may say may even slightly edge out Donald Trump.

13:55 But what would happen once they're on the debate stage together. Trump will tear her apart. She will not last once she gets up there to debate Donald Trump. The house of cards just falls apart, It falls away and beyond what would be some of the worst footage ever taken of a live debate between two presidential candidates. If Kamala Harris becomes the new presidential nominee, her past will also come into question. Many people don't really know everything about Kamala Harris, but hey, being from California, I was happy to pull that up. You see, Kamala Harris, she really didn't start her political career until about nineteen ninety four.

14:36 Now she was already a district attorney. I believe she went to law school. But when she was out there in San Francisco, see in ninety four, what happened is she started dating Willie Brown. Willie Brown was actually engaging in a very publicly known affair with Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris was very will will pursuing this relationship. States here got this out of Politico who actually broke down the timeline of some of her alleged achievements. But in ninety four, Harris began dating Willie Brown, a powerhouse in California politics, who was then the Speaker of the State Assembly and was thirty years older than Harris. From his perch in the Assembly, Brown appointed Harris to the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board and the Medical Assistance Commission. Now here's where the controversy is. Outside of having an affair with Willy Brown, she also was paid a sum of eighty thousand a year on top of her prosecutor's salary. In two thousand and four, when she declined to pursue the death pune against the man who murdered San Francisco police officer Isaac Espinoza.

15:46 At the funeral, Senator Dianne Feinstein delivered a eulogy in which she criticized Harris, who was in the audience, prompting a standing ovation from the hundreds of officers and attendants. This was in two thousand and four. Later, as California Attorney General, Harris declined to support two ballot initiatives that would have banned the death penalty, raising accusations of political opportunism and inconsistency on the controversial issue. Now, Republicans may have not had a problem with that, but if you're a Democrat and a liberal, then we all know that the death penalty is not something that they would necessarily want to pursue. She was also under further scrutiny during her tenure as San Francisco District Attorney when a technician stole cocaine from the DA's crime lab and mishandled evidence. Harris, trying to keep things under wraps, failed to inform defense attorneys.

16:41 As a result, about a thousand drug related cases had to be thrown out. In San Francisco, she vocally supported a controversial twoenty ten law that made truancy a misdemeanor. Again, I read that correctly, truancy so people who skips school, don't want to go to school, or caught not going to school. She made truancy a misdemeanor and punished parents who failed to send their children to school. The truancy rate ultimately dropped, but some critics saw the role as too punitive. The California Department of Justice back in twenty twelve, had recommended that Harris file a civil enforcement action against One West Bank for widespread misconduct win foreclosing homes. Harris, however, declined to prosecute the bank or its then CEO, Stephen Mnuchin, who now serves as the Treasury Secretary. When she ran for president in twenty nineteen, she shied away from discussing specifics about her career as a prosecutor. A strategic choice born of fear that voters on the left would criticize her over criminal justice issues. She even failed to give a sharp response to Republican Tulsi Gabbard's at tax against her record, leaving voters unclear about her positions. She ended her presidential campaign in December of twenty nineteen, a month before the Iowa Caucus, after taking a hard look at her campaign's financial future in low poll numbers. Internal turmoil

18:14 costs her presidential bid, with AIDS accusing Harris of mistreating her staff with sudden layoffs in allowing her sister Maya or Maya to have too much influence. She also delayed her endorsement for Biden until March eighth, when there were no more women left in the race and his nomination was undeniable. Six days after the California primary, she threw her support behind Biden and said he was a leader who could unify the party. Now. The Democratic Party has always pred itself in being the party of the people of color, or more specifically, the black people of America. But with Kamalah Harris, even though she is a person of color, she claims to be black.

19:06 That may not work for the Democratic Party because when Kamala Harris was a district attorney, she had an unproportionate amount of people of color, and more specifically black people prosecuted, convicted, and sent to jail. This is something that has followed her and has been lingering over her head, and this fact, just in and of itself, may also be another reason Kamala Harris may not be the right presidential candidate for the Democratic Party. Now, with all of that out of the way, let's move on to a poll that was taken by IPSOS. So IPSOS went ahead and broke down by percentage who would be somebody that the Democratic Party can get behind. They took this poll to have a representation of who may be able to either beat Trump or even properly represent the Democratic Party, and only one person on the entire list of candidates that would be able to, according to these polls, beat Donald Trump would be Michelle Obama. She is still extremely popular. But the only problem with this is Michelle Obama has expressed many times that she is not interested in politics and therefore would not run. But she would be the only person

20:38 that Democratic Party can turn to if they had to to take the reins and run as the presidential nominee for the Democratic Party. According to this poll, she wins fifty percent to thirty nine percent against Donald Trump. Now, Kamala Harris, surprisingly, according to this poll, is even against Trump or just barely narrowly loses a Trump. Kamala Harris is favored at only forty two percent versus Donald Trump at forty three percent, and I guarantee once she gets on the debate stage that number of forty two percent favorability is gonna plummet. Next in line, the name that has always been tossed around and surprisingly wasn't the first on the list is Gavin Newsom. But according to this poll, he doesn't favor as well as everybody thinks. Gavin Newsom is only favored at thirty nine percent versus forty two percent favorability in Donald Trump. Now, I can say from experience living in California that Gavin Newsom is a very slick person with a professional facade that I believe maybe everybody is seeing through, and so maybe right now Gavin isn't the right person. But I would say Gavin is never going to be the right person for America, as is evident in his complete disaster of a govern ownership of California. The next on the list was Gretchen Witmer, and then Andy Bechure I think I said that correctly,

22:08 and then JB. Pritzker. Those three that I just read at the bottom, Whitmer, Basher, and Pritzker no one cares about, No one knows them. They're not going to get anyone's attention, and therefore they shouldn't even be on this list at all. So really you have Michelle Obama, Kamala Harris, and Gavin Newsom. And the only one that may have a chance of actually winning would be Michelle Obama, but Kamala Harris not really. She may be the logical choice only because she is the sitting Vice president, but she's been a very unpopular vice president. She is the current border Czar, and it's very well known what a disaster our borders have been through the entire Biden presidency. Now, with all of that information out of the way, the other question is what would happen to all the money that was raised by the Biden campaign. I got this information from the Hill.

It says the Biden campaign said that there was over two hundred and forty million dollars in the Team Biden Harris war Chess, which include the campaign, Democratic National Committee or DNC, and joint fundraising committees, But neither the campaign nor the DNC responded to questions from The Hill about how much of that total was parked in the president's campaign versus the National Party Committee. While the DNC would still control the Party committee funds, Biden would have control over his campaign committee slice of that overall total, although the exact breakdown won't be reported to the Federal Election Commission until later this month, this month being July. The Biden campaign said it had nearly ninety one point six million in cash on hand as of May thirty first in its most recent report to the FEC, while the DNC said it had almost sixty five point two million campaign financed.

24:02 Lawyer said Biden campaign and President himself would have a number of available avenues for the campaign committee cash if he does drop out or is otherwise unable to run, but all would run through Biden. Even if Biden is not the nominee, he would have the authority to direct his campaign treasurer on what to do with the remnant funds, whether that is a transfer in full to the DNC, to a superpack supporting the new nominee, or parsed out up to contribution limits to various other campaigns with a balance to the DNC or a superpack. This was quoted by Stephen Roberts, who was a partner at Holtzmann Vogel and former General council on vyvik Ramaswami's twenty twenty four presidential campaign. So there you have it. There's another issue, what happens to the money. See according to this article, whatever is in Biden's campaign fund, whatever is allotted to him, he has control of where it goes. And it doesn't mean he has to necessarily give that to Kamala Harris and support her in her efforts as the presidential nominee.

He does have to distribute it, but it can go to other candidates for other elections, or it can go to support other areas of the Democratic Party, but does not have to go whatsoever to the presidential campaign fund for whoever they pick to replace him. So it looks like the Democratic Party is a bit in trouble here. They're not in agreeance on how to move forward. There is nothing here that says that they all align and that all the money that was raised by the Biden campaign would absolutely automatically go towards the new nominee. So they're in a pickle. What do they do? Write it out with Biden and continue to use that money to put wish the message and hopefully make him look good.

26:03 The only problem with that is they haven't been making them look good. Even the leftist media has been against Biden. The biggest leftist media outlet of them all, CNN publicly went ahead and broke down the debate in fact checked Biden, and after their fact check totally made Biden out to be the liar that he has been this entire time. MSNBC is also turning their back on Joe Biden. So where does the Democratic Party turn? We don't know. If you're a Republican, I guess this is good news for you, because this only means one thing, a landslide victory. Now, this is the way it looks. I'm not calling it, this is way too early to call anything, but the way things have been going, the Democratic Party looks like a complete joke, a complete disaster. Who who would want to back the Democratic Party At this point, they are divided.

At this point, even the now sitting president, Joe Biden, has lost the trust of at least half of the Democratic Party, is losing the trust of donors, big money donors, by the way, and the American people no longer side with Joe Biden. There have been videos floating around of his campaigns recently after the Disaster's debate that shows a very sparse crowd. People aren't supporting him. The Democrats know it, and they're scrambling, and that's why they're trying to figure it out. That's why you're hearing the media call for Biden to be removed.

27:47 That's why you're hearing about Democratic representatives in office pushing to remove Biden. They want to remain in power as a party, and the only way they're going to do that is if they beat Trump. And right now now, even the Democratic part of themselves as admitting that if Biden remains, they will be defeated. So who else could possibly be the right person for the job. I'm going to say something here that may be controversial, but why not Robert f Kennedy. Why not RFK? It doesn't make sense that you have a candidate with a huge legacy of a name in politics, with a huge legacy of a name in the Democratic Party, and yet the Democratic Party themselves does not want to show their support or acknowledgment to RFK. Listen. RFK may have a little bit of an issue when he speaks in terms of trying to understand him. He's a bit raspy. He has a condition with his vocal cords that sometimes makes it hard to make out every single thing, But he speaks intelligently.

28:59 He is very small, aren't very sharp, and even if you don't agree with his opinions, he argues in a way where he brings data to back up his statements, whether or not you believe he is correct in everything that he says. He is one of those candidates that doesn't just talk to talk and does actually do some research on the topics that are of concern for the American people and for the entire United States of America in general. He also seems to be the only Democrat that wants to put America first, which is what every presidential candidate should be concerned with. Is putting America first.

29:39 Regardless of party affiliation, America should always be first. It seems like the Democratic Party really has some major decisions to be made. Joe Biden has been exposed. He's not the nominee that they thought he was, and they don't even have a nominee right now that would be able to take over and convince America to vote on the side of the Democratic Party, aside from maybe maybe Michelle Obama. But even then, I don't think they win against Trump. And if Trump does actually win, it's going to be very interesting to see what happens to the Democratic Party.

Are they going to see that maybe America no longer believes in their leftist agenda. I don't know. It's hard to say at this point, but I hope that this is a lesson to them that in the end, you've got to do what's right for America, stop lying, stop hiding the truth from everybody, and act on the behalf of the American people, and maybe then America will take you serious.
