Heroes of the Left, Kilmar Abrego Garcia Facts, and Karmelo Anthony is the Victim

What about a person? What about a person makes them your hero? Is it their character?

Is that their strength, their strength to stand up to all the evils in the world, you know, looking out for the little guy. Maybe he walks Grandma across the street. Maybe it's that person. But the question remains, what about a person makes them your hero? And there's a question I asked a Democrat party because recently I am not sure that they understand the concept of what a hero is.

1:39 Apparently they're heroes are members of extremely violent gangs that are also classified terrorists. Their heroes seem to be people who beat their wives. They also seem to be young men who think that the best way to make a statement due to their anger is to kill someone by stabbing him directly in the heart. I think by now you all get who I'm talking about. I am talking about Kilmer Albrego Garcia, the MS thirteen member that got deported.

2:29 Yet the left thinks that it was wrong, wrong to deport him, even though he is an illegal alien. But you know, I'll get to that. Notwithstanding his criminal record domestic abuse, what else can we say? Yeah, you know, actually I believe he was a high ranking MS thirteen member. Anyway, let me semantics, right, whatever. And then Carmelo Anthony, who's being praised and upheld, has a gifts and go, oh account, you know, let me see where they're at on that, because we all want to support murder. I know, I know, in usual fashion, the left is trying to turn this into reece because Carmarlo Anthony is a young, upstanding black man and the victim, the person who was killed, was a white kid, so it had to be the victim's fault, right automatically, because you know, young black man, young white man, white man is the uh, the aggressor right or or white man bad. So Carmelo Anthony is the upstanding citizen who was just merely defending himself, although the reports, the reports say the opposite of that, and there are witnesses that absolutely say the opposite of that. But getting back to the Gifsend Go, apparently everybody believes that this young

Look Hats off to Bill Maher because this was actually a really cordial conversation and they both talked it out, and I respect both of them for what they do in their own way. You know. Obviously, Charlie Kirk is the champion of conservative movement, you know, Republican Party whatever. And then Bill Maher's just honestly, he's just an old school Democrat. He's not a new school Democrat, but he's you know, he's an old school liberal. But Bill seems to be confused on the details, and in a nice way, Charlie corrects him, and Bill can't deny it.

Yes, there's nothing is going to go perfect, but if it does come to light, I would hope that some Republicans have the spine to say, yeah, that's not right, that this guy should not be there. I mean, the Bill a Rights, it's pretty clear that you can't just disappear people without any. Sort of trial. Well, but sorrupt and deportation isn't is not the same thing as sending someone to a prison.

So while Bill says you can't just disappear people for no reason, Charlie Kirk aptly and appropriately points out, well, due to the Aliens and Enemies Act, of course she can, especially if they are an illegal alien or an illegal person. What were they what were they trying to say? What was the politically correct way of seeing that? Again? Let me see, uh, undocumented, that's an undocumented person. But in this case, not not even just an illegal alien, but someone who's a member of the MS thirteen gang that is deemed a terrorist organization.

I want you to remember that, okay, And I'm gonna I'm going to prove that, yes, he was here illegal because I have a police report in which they found and he even admitted to being here illegally.

But I'm actually looking at a police report here from March twenty eighth of twenty nineteen, Prince George's County Police Department Gang Field interview sheet. Let me read it again, Gang field interview sheet. That's right, this person, killer Abrigo Garcia, was actually questioned by the Gang Task Force and he was picked up while hanging out in the park with that at home depot because he was with other known associates of MS thirteen or associates of gangs, and he was in the same group, so he got picked up, got questioned.

17:27 They have a description of him, they have his mugshot, and they even affirm that he's part of the MS thirteen gang. It says here he's a member. It says that he is an active status. He's part of the westerns clique, and he holds a rink not not an entry level rank. He owns you know, he has an upper rank in the MS thirteen gang and when they interviewed Obrego, want to read a little bit of it right here, and says that officers then interviewed Kilmer Armando Abrego Garcia. During their interview, officers observed he was wearing a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie with rolls of money covering eyes, ears, and mouth of the presidents on the separate denominations. All right, I'm gonna stop here. A lot of people are saying, how can you claim a Chicago's Bull's hat automatically makes you a gang memor. I'll agree on that point. It doesn't. But apparently Emas Third Team uses the Chicago's Bulls hat of Chicago's Bull's attire to help validate their standing in the gang. Again, I'm going to agree with everybody. That's kind of a weak argument there.

18:39 But the. Hoodie with the rolls of the money covering the iier's mouth is also a part of Hispanic gang culture, and that is what the officer goes on to say in this report. In fact, officers know such clothing to be indicative of the Hispanic gang culture. The meaning of the clothing is to represent see no evil, hear no evil, and say no evil. They also state that we're in the Chicago's bulls hat represents they are a member in good standing with the MS thirteen officers contact that passed proven and reliable source of information who advised Kilmore. Armando Abrego Garcia is an active member of MS thirt team. Okay, so back in March of twenty nineteen, it was verified that he is a member of the MS third team. So, just for Bill Maher's sake, here now, because you guys get this right. My listeners, for the most part, I think they get it. They get it, and for those who are new, for those who listen, it's no secret.

Yes, says right here. Of course I got to again read the date, so March twenty eight, twenty nineteen. Abrego Garcia is a citizen and national of El Salvador. Abrego Garcia claimed to have walked across the desert for many days, entering illegally into the United States near McCallen, Texas, on or about March twenty fifth, two thy twelve. It goes on in this report to again validate for Prince George's County Police gang unit that Abrado Garcia was a member of MS thirteen. Intelligence.

21:50 Information here says Abrego Garcia has gang affiliation and subject states that he has no information about gangs or human drug smuggling. Abrevo Garcia was advised of his right to speak with the counselor officer of his native country of El Salvador, which he declined because Abrigo Garcia is claiming fear of returning to his home country of El Salvador. Okay, disposition a notice to appear is being executed on Abrevo Garcia as per Section to twelve of the Immigration and Nationality Act. And so, for Bill Maher's sake, here's you know, there's just a little bit of evidence as to this person's involvement, character, etc. Now you think that would be enough, That would be enough for the leftist leaders, the leftist media to let this go and be like, yeah, all right, we get it. The guys, Mary of liamis thirteen. He was denied entry and yeah, he was denied asylum because he couldn't prove couldn't prove that he wasn't danger, couldn't prove that he himself wasn't a danger to the citizens of our nation. So you think that would have been enough? Right?

So it's very arrogant, even for American media to suggest that we would even tell El Salvador how to handle their own citizens as a starting point, as two immigration courts found that he was a member of MS thirteen. When President Trump declared MS thirteen to be a foreign terrorist organization, that meant that he was no longer eligible under federal law, which I'm sure you know you're very familiar with. The iona that he was no longer eligible for any form of immigration relief in the United States. So we had a deportation order that was valid, which meant that under our law he's not even allowed to be present in the United States and had to be returned because of the foreign terrorists designation. This issue was then by district court judge completely inverted, and a district court judge tried to tell the administration that they had to kidnap a citizen of El Salvador and flying back here.

27:03 That issue was raised to the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court said the District court order was unlawful and its man opponents were in verse nine zero unanimously stating clearly that neither Secretary of State nor the President could be compelled by anybody to forcibly retrieve a citizen of El Salvador from El Salvador, who again is a member of MS thirteen, which is I'm sure you understand, rapes little girls, murders women, murder's children, is engaged in the most barbaric activities in the world. And I can promise you if he was your neighbor, you wouldn't move right away. Well, way to go, Stephen Miller and listen. He's telling it like it is. Everything he said is truth, and especially as it relates to this situation with Kilmore Obrago Garcia. Yes, he is an MS thirteen member has been confirmed. There's documentation there was a deportation or he was supposed to leave a long time ago. Everything rounding Abrego Garcia is bad news. It's bad news. And again, circling back to the beginning of this episode, what constitutes a hero. I mean Is this the hero that the Democrat doesn't want but maybe needs? I mean, is this really the hill to die on? To reach up and under and prop up Kilmore Abrego Garcia as the begon of light for

But seriously, seriously, though, think about that, like, why are they trying so hard to make this person out to be the good guy? But listen, it doesn't stop there. Use it. Just as the left does. They put their foot in their mouth. And I am sorry if this episode is all about me bashing the left, but on this particular matter, it's kind of hard not to. And and you know, I've called out Trump and I've called out the right before, but in this particular matter, just hang with you, because the left is literally put in their foot in their mouth.

This is the same place, the same exact moment where the press asks him directly as to why he will not aid and bringing Kilmore Obrego back to the United States. Listen to this, Do you plan to return him? Well, I supposed with a suggestion that a smug voluntarily to the United States, right, how can I return him today? It's it's like I smuddled him into the United States to whether we do of course, I'm not going to do it.

Now, if you're unfamiliar with who Carmelo Anthony is, and I couldn't imagine how you would be unfamiliar, but you never know. Maybe you just literally tune out, put your head down, go to work, pay your bills, and do your thing.

31:30 And I can respect that. So for those who do that, Carmelo Anthony is a young man, a seventeen year old who murdered, not allegedly murdered, but murdered Austin Metcalf. And this happened on April second, over at a high school. It was a sporting event game. So let me read from the Independent. Here. Listen, every major news outlet cover the story, but I'm just gonna read from The Independent goes on to read Carmelo Anthony, the Texas team accused of fatally stabbing a student at a high school track meet, could face an uphill battle if his attorneys present a self defense claim. A legal expert says, Anthony seventeen of Frisco, that is, Frisco, Texas, was arrested in charge with first degree murder in connection with the stabbing death of Austin Metcalf on April second at Kaikendahl Stadium after posting a two hundred and fifty thousand dollars bond last week. Now, before I read, I just want everybody to understand that the bond was originally one million, but everyone pleaded for it to be reduced to two hundred to fifty thousand dollars, and of course the judge agreed, So the Collin County Judge agreed to lower from one million to two hundred fifty thousand. One of Anthony's defense attorneys, Mike Howard, suggested the teen would claim self defense in his upcoming trial. Julie Rendleman, a former deputy Bureau chief and the King's County District Attorney's homicide argues that Anthony may have trouble proving he used

33:03 reasonable force to protect himself. Now, why is that. I'm not going to read this anymore. You guys get the point, right. I'm the reason he's gonna have trouble proven. It is because his response to being asked to leave an area that was not designated for him to be in, was touch me and see what happens. This is from a police report. Eyewitnesses heard him say this, and which pretty much I mean is like a dare right, go ahead, grab me, see what happens. Go ahead and make It's like make me leave, go ahead and see what happens. Okay. And so.

In fact, that someone was awesome metcalf and apparently he put his hand on him's like hey, you gotta leave, and Carmela Anthony reached down into a bag, according to my witnesses, pulled out a knife and stabbed him directly in the heart and then ran away. So that's Carmelo Anthony. That's what Carmel Anthony did. He did so in front of hundreds of witnesses. This wasn't you know, This wasn't in a dark alley down the side where you know you can't see, there's no cameras. It's my word against her is no. This was done in front of eye witnesses. And of course they want to make this somehow about race, because Carmelo Anthony is a young, upstanding black man, seventeen year old who was defending himself, felt threatened, felt threatened by the victim, the victim, Austin Metcalf, who was a white supremacist, which is all bullshit, by the way, but this is the claims. This is what's been floating around here. And I'm looking at the arrest report right here of Carmela Anthony, and everything in this arrest report is very well docu. There's multiple responding officers, I mean multiple, it's about a three page document at no, it's a seven page document actually, and they do last multiple eye witnesses who were there to testify or to

35:14 state or make a statement rather that yes, Carmelo Anthony stabbed Austin Metcalf. Austin Metcalf's succumbed to his wounds and died. This is murder. But even with all that being said, there's a large number of people stepping up and supporting Carmelo Anthony because Carmelo Anthony is now somehow the victim. Here's a clip of a questionable individual. And I say a questionable because this person himself has a rap sheet. But this is Dominic Alexander, and I'm not sure how this person became the representative of the Anthony family and how this person is able to stand up and speak on behalf of Carmela Anthony. But here he is give him a listen and all.

Okay, so you're probably lost hers. So what he is referring to now, he gave a long speech, so there's gonna be like two clips. I'm gonna play what this person is referring to. What this Dominic Alexander character is referring to is the father of Austin Metcalf, the you know, the kid that was murdered by Carmelo Anthony. So the Anthony family has given this public press conference and the father decides to show up, and somehow Dominic Alexander believes it is disrespectful, that it's not his place to be there, and he's trying to twish us around to make it look like the victim and the family of the victim are the ones that were in the wrong, and then they were the people that were the aggressors and the instigators.
