Colorado ruled that they're going to remove Trump from the ballot. Now, I wanted to say something about this a few days ago, but I just had to calm down a bit. I tried to do it again this morning, had to go outside, have a cigar, take my emotions down a notch. But here we are now. Why is this wrong? Listen, this isn't me just jumping to the defense of Trump, and anybody who's just jumping to the defense of Trump just for the sake of representing the party that you're aligned with is honestly a stupid decision.

And at the same time, if you're a Democrat, democratically-led media, an idiot like, I'll just call her out, like Rachel Maddow or any of these fucking dumbasses who jump up and down in celebration over this, you're not thinking straight. for all the education that these people supposedly have and their degrees and everything they want to throw in your face about how much smarter they are so they can talk down to you when they're making their points. They can't see this clearly and why this is a bad decision. Colorado has effectively told the people who live in Colorado that you don't have a right to vote.

And what's worse is now other democratically led states are going, oh, well, hey, you know, we need to do the same thing. Let's keep Trump off the ballot. Look, whether you like Trump or not, here's the beauty of our current democracy. And as it is or was, I mean, it looks like we're losing the battle for our freedom every day in America. so the reality is this decision and the decision of other states to try to do the same thing that colorado just did by removing a presidential candidate from the ballot is really telling you an american a person living within those states or more importantly um a member of the usa in general to go fuck yourself, that you're going to take this, their decision, they're going to tell you that you're only going to vote blue, black, yellow, whatever, and that's it. It doesn't matter how you feel.

They want to remove him because they're scared of him. And they don't like what he represents. And what he represents is the opposition to all the years and years of just sitting on their fat, lazy asses, collecting a check, and doing underhanded, corrupt deals to fatten their wallets and their bank accounts. They can't fathom that there's somebody who doesn't want to live that life. now whether you like trump or not doesn't matter because in this democracy the biggest voice and biggest power you have is your vote and if you don't like trump all you have to do is not fucking vote for him but for before a state government or any government to just tell a citizen um that you don't have a right to choose is the bigger issue here with this colorado ruling and for lieutenant governor governor in california to suddenly say she's going to take and by any means possible find whatever reason they can't remove trump from the ballot in california is ridiculous i hear that they want to do this in new mexico and arizona this is the government flipping you the middle finger and telling you look this is your place this is where you're going to be that you're going to do what we tell you to do and we don't care what you think

They took the gloves off and they're putting you, the American people, in your place by telling you this is your option. You can't do this. This is all we're going to give you. And they going to do it under the guise of you having the power to vote for whatever candidate you want but doing so by effectively taking away a choice that you should have by saying, sure, you can have a banana, but you can only have this banana. Well, you can vote on whether or not you want that banana.

It has to be this particular banana, the one I'm holding my hand right here, not the one on the counter. that's what you're doing so let's let's let's dive into first off the stupidity of them trying to remove him uh trump from the ballot by saying you know he was involved in insurrection as in he incited a riot he look let's let's let's go into the definition here okay this is from Britannica, insurrection, an organized and usually violent act of revolt or rebellion against an established government or governing authority of a nation state or other political entity by a group of its citizens or subjects.

And it may be initiated or provoked by an act of sedition, which is an incitement to revolt or rebellion. Firstly, of all the hours and hours of tape and footage they have from January 6th, the so-called insurrection, they haven't found enough evidence to actually bring charges against Trump to indict him for it or, or find him guilty. He hasn't, they haven't been able to bring him to trial for it.

8:48 And in fact, the Senate voted against bringing charges to Trump in regard to this, because he in fact did not organize an insurrection against the U.S. government. He didn't plan this out. This was a bunch of people, how it started anyway, coming together in support and ultimately protesting against a decision that they felt was inaccurate and incorrect. Did it turn violent? yeah it did but was trump the reason for that no no he wasn't everybody wants to try to pin this on him i'm gonna i'm gonna play an excerpt from a speech and here's the thing you know in in today's media in today's society our attention spans are short and we our memories are short um and the reality is everything that you see in the news that you take for face value is nothing but sound bites and and um mainly mostly things that are taken out of context so let me play this here where trump literally states that he's going to walk with with everyone to the capital there's nothing in this in in this little clip we'll play where he's saying take up arms let's go by any means possible violently take down the opposing party nothing nowhere does he say

And in fact, later on, when things did get out of hand, and this is after his speech was done and he wasn't there, he actually had another video that he recorded to release publicly to everybody. And you need to hear this because this is where he literally is telling everyone, hey, go home peacefully, respect the Capitol Police, respect our politicians.

They're reactionary and they just want to support their team and not really dig into what's really fucking going on. Everything that I've ever done on this show, on other shows I've been on, we we have and i have literally done a little bit of research because look you can tell me the sky is purple but i'm going to go research and go well to my eyes it kind of looks blue um let me go make sure that really is the case but more often than not people do not do this they just want to react jump up and down because they're fucking bored and they don't have anything else to do you know people get into their habits of their of their daily lives and they can care less about anything outside the fact they got to wake up go to work pay their bills you know and sadly most people don't even fucking go to work um but the reality is you need to think objectively look for as educated as everybody is supposedly these days all the degrees they have um the fact that anybody who has a higher education or i mean sorry been through higher education has degree these days they like to talk down to those who don't have that as if they're all stupid and don't know what they're talking about but just because you got a fucking degree doesn't make you better than the next person all it all that paper says is it validates the fact that you studied that particular discipline

If you're on this globe, that's just a principle law of nature period But for everything they trying to do to convince you that Trump is the evil man he is um they haven been able to do that everything they tried to bring against him has fallen short and now they're going out of their way to attack him even more and go out of their way to remove your choice as an American the choice should be yours you don't want him in office and you think he's a fascist a racist um an evil person a treasonous villain and don't fucking vote for him period but none of the things that i just said have ever been proven to be true whatsoever so let's hear this other little clip of trump telling everybody to go home peacefully i know you heard we had an election that was stolen from us it was a landslide election

15:02 and everyone knows it, especially the other side. But you have to go home now. We have to have peace. We have to have law and order. We have to respect our great people in law and order. We don't want anybody hurt. It's a very tough period of time. There's never been a time like this where such a thing happened, where they could take it away from all of us, from me, from you, from our country. This was a fraudulent election, but we can't play into the hands of these people. We have to have peace. And there you have it. Again, where is it that it's said that Trump has told everybody to take up arms, attack the Capitol, oust the sitting president or the current president by vote, and hang all the politicians and just start over.

You should be fucking mad that state governments are going around the federal government to find reasons that they can limit your choice and your democratic right to vote for who you want to represent you as a people in this great country we call United States of America. That's the bigger problem. That's the real fucking issue. Not whether or not you like Trump or don't like Trump. If you don't like him, just don't fucking vote for him. But to go out of your way and block a political candidate that is of an opposing party or has an opposing view is nothing different than what you find in any other dictatorship, third world country, any banana republic.

Not giving the government and supporting the government and their decision to go out of the way to take your choice away from you. and tell you who you have a right to vote for.

17:30 That is the problem we have here. Moving on, the other problem with this decision, let's talk about Vivek Ramaswamy. He just removed himself from the ballot in Colorado also in support of Trump. I'm sorry, Vivek, I get what you're trying to do, but that is extremely wrong because now you're narrowing everybody's choices in the state of California in terms of who they have a right to vote for. If we go around, if any political candidate goes around, presidential candidate anyway, goes around and starts saying, I'm going to remove myself from the ballot on this date and remove myself from the ballot on this date and remove myself from the ballot on this date, you're effectively contributing to taking the choices away from the American people.

18:13 And given how our electoral college works and how every state has a certain amount of votes, you're really just fucking the American people by doing this. I get Vivek is trying to stand for what's right, but by doing what he's doing, he's making it worse. You've got to stay in it. You've got to keep yourself on the ballot in every damn state. I don't care if it's Ramoswamy. I don't care if it's Haley, DeSantis, whoever it is. Do not remove yourself. You've got to stay the course. You have to stay the course. And I think the bigger issue we have with all this, the American people don't even seem to have any recourse.

18:53 They just have to sit there and take it. They can't literally go to their state government and twist their arms and go, no, no, no, this isn't what we asked for. We didn't vote for this. No, they can't just say, you're literally just choosing for me. I didn't ask for this. And it's happened time and time again. At what point are we going to be able to take the country back and hold our government accountable? the problem is we haven't been able to because we can't we're handcuffed we live under the guise of freedom and we do have freedom look it could definitely be a lot worse but we are systematically and um basically being led we're systematically being led to believe that what we're doing is correct that decisions being made are the right decisions and they're doing it in a way to where you feel good about it but make no mistake they are fucking you period and they don't care that you know well the problem is most of us don't know because we're too stupid to think outside the box we're too stupid to look into things deeper and and do just even a simple search for something on google or whatever browser you use to find uh the truth about what's going on i mean you can't just make videos and clips go away. They're always going to be out there. Sure, people can grab little snippets here and there and manipulate it to where it supports their argument, but in the end, watch the whole speech.

20:28 In the end, dig deeper into the meaning of a definition or of a law and find out where it came from and how it's really applied. And that's the other gripe I've got to say. There are too many law scholars coming up and giving examples of, well, first, we're going to throw all their degrees at you, right? Oh, look at my accolades. Look what I did. I'm better than you. You have no idea what you're talking about. What I'm saying is correct. Bullshit. Look, all you're doing is manipulating the words that are written on a piece of paper. You're interpreting it to support your argument, and that's all you're doing. It's no different than what anyone else, any other person can do walking this earth. Any of us could read read the law and interpret it its meaning hell that been happening for years with the Bible alone Everyone has a different interpretation of what the Bible means at any given time.

And any of these law scholars who try to talk down to you because they're supposedly smarter for the degree, that's fucking bullshit and i think that the american citizens or anybody who live in the u.s should be able to read the law interpret it and they should go out of their way to look at the law period let's talk about this 14th amendment i don't want to get too deep because i actually it's crazy is i actually tackled this a few episodes back not just on my podcast but i think i've also did this on my brother's podcast um stretch goose podcast and what what colorado's trying to do is they're trying to decide, even though, again, Senate decided not to bring charges against Trump because there wasn't enough evidence whatsoever to support the claim that he incited an insurrection or was behind one or organized one because it didn't happen. So section three, disqualification from holding office. This is where they're going on this. This is from constitution.congress.gov, blah, blah, blah.

22:36 Anyone can find this. of the United States shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof, but Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

23:25 While there already had been a vote not to bring charges against Trump over this alleged insurrection act, and this doesn't put the power does not give the power necessarily to the state to remove the candidate from the ballot it has to be done by both houses each house it says here, by Congress by a vote of two thirds of each house now i can i can dive way deeper into this but i'm not going to you why because i want to put the ball back in your court stop being a lemming start doing some research start thinking critically start thinking objectively and you should be very very much even a democrat you need to be so pissed off over this this ruling in um in colorado and you should vehemently stand up and be so opposed to your state who's trying to do the same thing the power of the people should remain with the people and the power we have is the voice we have and the ability to vote and if we're again i don't want to keep repeating myself but if if the government is is blatantly publicly taking those choices from you it's time to step back regroup as a people and figure out how to hold our government accountable because that is not America. That's not democracy whatsoever.

And whether you like it or not, they're going to start dictating what choices you have it's almost as if we're on the road to communism or complete totalitarianism this is not a good day today for Americans and furthermore if we look at the definition of this section 3 of the 14th amendment it does say that right here, again, to support the Constitution of the United States shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
