23 - THE SEX TRAFFICKING OF MINORS AND CA BILL SB 1414

In this episode I discuss the startling revelation, that the sex trafficking of minors in California was never considered a horrible offense, and it was classified as a misdemeanor. Senator, Shannon Grove championed the amendment of that law, which would enact harsher punishments and bump the offense up to a felony charge, only to have Democratic Senators force amendments to CA Bill SB 1414, which would keep the sale of minors in the sex trade a misdemeanor, with a lesser punishment.
